Digital transformation of a paper communication strategy
We’ve been working closely with one of our clients to help them shift to a completely digital customer communication solution. The client’s original approach was somewhat fragmented, so while they could send some customer communications digitally, they could not deliver a complete digital experience for all communications across the customer lifecycle. So even when customers elected to be contacted by email, some communications would still arrive by post.
Through collaboration with our clients digital team and marketing department, we have been able to provide a solution that delivers digital communications across all contact points. These communications not only deliver customer information electronically, the technology enable our client to engage customers in personalised interactions delivering a great customer experience.
